Hi guys,
I had a quick search through the forums and there doesn't seem to be too many with the same problem as me, and any potential solutions to this haven't worked. So I've decided to make a forum post on here in the hopes that one of you can help me because it's driving me mad.
Essentially, video playback randomly freezes on one frame while the audio keeps going. It generally happens within the first few seconds of playback, and the problem goes away when I hit pause and play again. It happens very often, like 1 in 5 times, and it doesn't matter what video codec or container I use, it even happened when I had a different graphics card (an AMD), so that's not the issue. System usage and disk usage show up consistently low, and MSI afterburner confirms this, there is no strain on the system. I'm using Windows 8.1, specs can be found under my profile.
Please someone help me! It's incredibly irritating when I'm trying to edit and downright embarrassing when I have someone in to record.
