Help! Made big mistake during activation, typed wrong iLok account name. Can't use sy

I purchased a new seat of PT11 yesterday to finish a project on tight deadline. I stupidly typed my name "Ross" asthe iLok ID. The actual iLok account name Is "Zenfilm". Is there a way to surrender the license for deactivation or to move it to the proper iLok account. Grateful for any assistance.
