Tascam Dm3200 and Post Production Question

Hi guys, I am thinking about purchasing the Tascam DM3200 with meter bridge and firewire option and I have been doing as much research as I can on the ins and outs of this desk, but I wanted to put the question out there to see if anyone uses this specific controller for a Post Production workflow?

The biggest thing I can think of as being an issue, is that unlike any Avid controller where each track has its label as per the track name in Pro Tools, the DM3200 (as far as I can tell) there is no way to identify which fader is which aside from counting...I hope I am wrong on this, but any info as to how other post professionals are dealing with this, would be greatly appreciated as I think it would be a nightmare trying to navigate a 150+ track film session with vca's, sends...

I will be running it with Pro Tools 10 and as far as I have read, it is pretty stable. I am just looking for some insight into a post production mixing workflow.

I am currently using the Digi02 controller and it works flawlessly, I am just looking for more available faders and routing options for the studio hence my interest in this desk.

Thank you so much for your time and as I said, any info would either lead me to purchase this used mixer or let it go...
