Favorite 'Sound' moments in Film?

I'd love to hear some of people's favorite sound moments in film. Could be from a big blockbuster, or a small independent film too. Just looking for ideas of really creative sound work that caught people's attention. I'm going to be teaching a class, and in addition to my own list, would love to get more ideas of creative sound work to show the students.
