HELP NEEDED PLEASE!?
I am trying to upgrade from PTHD8 to 11, I have the licence bundle for 11 in my iLok account but when I try to activate it the licence manager pops up to say I need to surrender my PTHD 8 licence, so I click ok, it then says surrender successful you may now activate the licences on the iLok, so I click activate and it just circles around again with saying I need to surrender PTHD8!?
I can see some others have had licence problems, can anybody help please?
