Monitoring Midi Output Data

Hey there.



Is there a way I can watch the output of my midi signal/data? Specifically the amount of total data being sent down the cable to the module.



I am having occasional "hiccups" with certain midi files and am wondering if it's just sending more midi data than the system can take.



Running PT 11 on OSX 10.9.2
