I have Roland V-Drums TD-11, Pro tools 11, Superior Drummer 2.0, audiobox usb audio interface, and many questions regarding the 4 communicating properly with each other.
First off, I don't know why pro tools wont play out through my speakers. I have the audiobox usb asio driver selected in the program, but when i try to click play i get the message "pro tools could not initialize the AuidoBox ASIO driver. Please make sure the device has been configured correctly."
Second, I don't know how to use superior drummer as a plug in on pro tools. I've watched tutorials on youtube, and followed the exact steps, but to no avail :(
Being anxious to try out superior drummer with my electric drum kit, I downloaded toontrack solo, and connected my kit via usb. I was able to select my kit in the program, but when i hit the pads there is a significant lag when the sound triggers on the program. Also, all the drumset parts are mixed up. I know this has to do with assignment, but i have no clue how to do this. And when i hit the pads on my kit, the velocity of the trigger is very soft in the program, even though im hitting it hard. :confused:
I've google'd these issues and couldn't find any answers that worked for me, this forum is a last resort. If you only know the answer to one of these problems post anyways :D
