AIR Multi-Delay preset issue

I've have the following problem with my Multi-Delay on PT11—every time I try and load a preset, the delay tap parameters do not change. The other parameters (global delay time, feedback amount and path, filters, mix, etc.) change, just not the taps. Any ideas why?
