Failure when upgrading to the Expansion Pack?

Hi Guys,



Does anybody have any ideas why I'm having troubled upgrading my Eleven Rack with the Expansion Pack? I bought the pack direct from Avid, I have the System ID and Serial Number in my AVID account, but when copying the numbers in I get a "License Activation Failed. Please contact an Avid representative for further assistance" message.
