Finding all sounds used in a project

Hello,



I have just finished editing a short film that is very audio-intensive, and I am going to start on the credits. As I have been doing nearly all the work on the post production side of things, my organizational skills have not been the best.



Is there a way I can pull up a list of every sound used in the project?



I have checked the Audio Files folder, but many sounds come up missing. This would help me immensely.
