No Vacuum after repeated installs

I'm using Protools 10.. I installed the virtual instruments four times now but I still have no "vacuum" I can see the files in the digidesign folders and I have manually moved them to every folder Protools might look in with no luck it's starting to drive me crazy everything works but that one instrument. I would appreciate any help thanks in advance. I'm using Win 8 if that makes a difference?
