Please Help! - 003 Interface not working with PT11

I'm trying to use my 003 Rack with PT 11.2.1 for the first time.



I installed this 003 drivers:

11.1.2 Jun 6, 2014

In Activity Monitor, it says "LauchdDaemon (Not Responding)" and has this report:
