Setting up the I/O - best way

Maybe someone can give me a tip on the best way to do this. I have a Focusrite 8i6 and have the PT I/O set up correctly to recognize all the inputs and outputs as they should be. I also have a Yamaha Motif XS8 connected to my PC via Firewire. I can route audio from the Yamaha via Firewire when I want to lay down tracks from the Motif to a PT audio track. So, I have different I/O set up to show all the Motif inputs on the Firewire. Essentially 8 stereo inputs and 14 mono ones. Is there a way I can set up one I/O configuration so both setups are always present? It'd be easier than having to switch from one to the other everytime I want lay down tracks from the Motif via Firewire. Audio is no issue as it passes through the Focusrite anyways, but I usually prefer to use the FW digital connection.



I've tried to do both, but I can't seem to set it up correctly. Can't get it to see all the FW ins. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
