Lost ins and outs on my DIGI 003, suggestions?

Hi all. Made the mistake of falling asleep the other night. Got up in the middle of the night and saw key still plug in. Got home from work and realized PT was still running. Tried to start it up and noticed I have no ins or outs. Tried reinstalling driver but still nothing.

Any suggestions? Don't want to do a new install if I don't have to.

Oh yeah. 11.2.1, 10.9.4
