Midi from Sibelius seems to be locked?

Hi,



Ive got some mode tracks sent from Sibelius but i can't sent to do basic real time changes like transpose and velocity? the regions appear to be locked somehow?



Is there a lock somewhere? i can't seems o find it and its been a while since I've done midi:D
