11R blue screen on my new machine

I just built a new workstation on the new Intel X99 platform (Asus X99 Deluxe, Win 8.1 Pro x64), and I'm getting an occasional blue screen. This was not an issue on my old 1156 system - although audio driver dropouts were and still are. I have a crash dump (MEMORY.DMP) file from the BSOD. It should be pretty straightforward for an engineer to diagnose the crash, if I could just find someone to send the dump to in the first place. But I cannot figure out how to contact Avid without a support contract.



I bought this 11r brand new at retail, but I may not have registered it. Not sure. Maybe that will help in getting support?



Please advise - the audio dropouts were bad enough, but the BSOD is unacceptable. If I can't get a fixed driver in the short term, I'm going to sell this box and avoid dealing with Avid ever again.
