Activate ProTools license problem

I bought Protools 11 yesterday (in the box). I have spent hours on the avid website just trying to activate it. When I enter the activation code it says I must "update my billing address to continue" it then pops up my address info and I hit "confirm" and the pop up just keeps coming up. I am feeling very ripped off considering I can't get to anyone at Avid and Guitar Center will not do anything for me. $700 down the toilet so far. Please help.
