Macbook 13" i7 3.0Ghz + 1TB PCIe Good For Pro-Tools?

I am looking into purchasing this. Will this run plug ins fine? Will this be enough processing power for heavy VI use? (Omnisphere, Nexus, Kontakt). I really do not want a 15" laptop. The 13" seems perfect for portability.



Is the 3.0 processor overkill? 3.0 is the only i7 model in the 13" Macbook series. The rest of them are i5 (2.6Ghz, 2.8 Ghz)
