Region Nudge Loses hold of the regions

SO I realize this rounding error has been happening for YEARS with Pro Tools...



But I select a region and nudge forward in time a few times then eventually I'm nudging around a greyed out area with NO audio Moving with it.



I can't possible be the only one and this [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] has haunted me since PT 7...



Am I just constantly in the wrong tempo... or is this annoying to everyone else..



And again... why is this still happening? yet we are being asked to pay for new features when silly inconsistencies like this exist.
