Hi guys, just noticed the new policy for upgrading to PT 11 with standard plan:
1. It says it includes all upgrades until 2016 March... Does this means this also includes free upgrade to PT 12?
2. What's the official support really like? I never use the support from avid but only from here... I am always been told by avid to go to my dealer(who sold pro tools to me) for technical support...
I'm using PT 10 HD, found out the upgrade to PT 11 HD is still the same $599, I was really waiting to upgrade to PT 12 HD instead of PT 11HD, but since this new activities came out, should I upgrade to PT 11 HD for this time?
