My problem is;
I have Pro Tools 7.1 MP and I bought an upgrade to 11th
The problem is that the old Pro Tools have no passwords or user names . A friend who used it before , is all lost and forgotten . ( long is useless ) .
I bought the upgrade from 7.1 to 11 and I have iLook2 that I registered to me , but I can not download it . I have all the paperwork from the old ProTools including Registration ID and serial number .
What should I do ?
