I upgraded from PT9 to PT10/11 today. Trying to download install files from Avid but the server http://akmedia.digidesign.com can't be found. Tried multiple browsers with no success. Been this way for hours. Ilok made me surrender my PT9 license so now I have no working PT for today. Anyone else having these issues or know of a workaround?
