Avid Store problems Sunday the 28th?

Went to pay for the HD upgrade--linked me to Paypal, I OK'd it; then the site returned to the payment page as if I hadn't done anything. Since then it won't let me advance to PP or CC payments, and won't acknowledge that anything happened. Curious if anybody else is experiencing this. I'm assuming it's the day when everybody who's been putting off upgrading until the end of the year is going ahead with it.
