Hi. I see you're about here. Any chance you could look into my situation for me, as the deadline of 31st is fast approaching and I was hoping to complete my upgrade. Below is the email I sent customer support a few days back:

Hi. In the run up to signing up for a PTHD 11 support and upgrade plan, I would like to take care of some housework with our Avid account. When reading your Master Account FAQ, it suggests that if I want to change User name, I should drop you a note using the Activation and Registration support form. But I can't use that, as it presupposes that I have an activation number and other such details, which leaves me in a "chicken and egg" loop in that I haven't bought the product yet.
I would like to change our master account user name to the business name and email address, and then I can complete shipping and billing details for a smooth transition going forward.
Any help is much appreciated. <<<<
And the automated reply email had the header:

but I have yet to receive a reply.
