iLok shows in my account with an X

I found a second Ilok that I forgot I had. Good thing since the first one seems to be broken, it doesn't light up even after trying different ports on my machine and others in the house. When I plug the second one in, it shows in my account but has an"X" over it. What's this mean and what do I do to transfer the PT 11 licence to it??
