Hi, I´ve been a PT user a long time ago. I just got back to producing a few years ago - and discovered the upgrade offer to PT11 today. Bought it and was told to enter an Mbox serial number. But I own one from the first series, which seems not to be supported by this offer. I haven´t been told so before the purchase. I´m a registered user of LE, with an LE crossgrade I´m unable to activate.
What am I going to do now? Is there any possible solution? And if not - could I get a refund? Although a refund isn´t actually what I´m looking for!
Ah - by the way, does time run out on the activation?
