Not happy with PT11 - not working

So I was a chump who purchased 3 licenses for PT11 thinking the bugs were worked out. They are not. Not even close. Now my PT10 and 11 won't play files without sounding like a hiccup. I did all the B.S. Restart, HW buffer, etc. nothing fixed it. Further, PT 11 doesn't even see my 192 or PRE. It's embarrassing Avid even released this. And then they wonder why revenues are down. So pissed. Now I get to waste time on hold in the phone to attempt to get it to work. I'm so pissed I actually think I might just buy logic so I can at least work.
