Pro Tools LE 8.0.3, 8.0.4 and Powermac G4 OSX 10.5.8 Leopard System Requirements

I have a 2002 MDD Model 8570 Powermac G4, Dual Processor 1.25 GHz, 80 GB Hard Drive. Maximum memory is 512 MB DDR per slot and is limited to 2 GB total. I recently upgraded memory to max it out system, but 1 of 4 slots is defective and now only able to use 1.5 GB of memory. I want to utilize a Digi MBox or Digi 002 for editing purposes only using Pro Tools Versions LE 8.0.3 or 8.0.4 of which to my understanding supports a Mac based Operating System of 10.5.8 Leopard. Can I run this system with the constrained maximum memory of 1.5 GB only or will it require computer maximum amount of memory of 2GB?...
