Bought the new PT11 software upgrade and the 2nd generation Ilok. I registered Ilok license manager (no problem), but now Avid is not allowing me to download PT11. I've submitted my activation code and i always get a message that says "please update your billing address before redemption" and when I click the "update link" it goes to a page that says I must contact the "Support Team". Can anyone help? Or do I have to pay for "support" just to activate the software that I've already paid for? (Purchased PT11 upgrade from Performance Audio in Salt lake city).
