Hi guys, maybe I'm missing something more obvious since I'm admittedly a very new user of Reaktor, but as I'm learning (and really loving) some of the groovebox ensembles/instruments in Reaktor, like 'GoBox', I have noticed, sadly, that these self-generating groove sound modules don't respond to the Automatic Delay Compensation (ADC) in Pro Tools 11.
I know there have been some issues with ADC in Pro Tools 11, but I'm using the latest patch of PT11 (11.3) and it appears that this problem is still occurring even after they have supposedly fixed some of the bugs with ADC in PT11. Reaktor grooveboxes, namely 'GoBox', so far are the only instruments of all my VI's (Avid, NI, and others) that I'm able to notice this hiccup on. Specifically, if delay-inducing plugs are used on other tracks in a PT session, GoBox's output will not be compensated for and will play slightly ahead of the beat by the amount of delay the biggest delay-inducing chain is bringing into the session. I place Reakor on an INSTRUMENT track in PT11. I pull up a click track and hit play in the session. GoBox syncs perfectly. Then, as a test, I'll put a bunch of plugs on the click track to introduce some delay. All of a sudden, Go Box is completely out of sync and ADC is not working on it. Interestingly, if I disconnect the midi on that instrument track from feeding that instance of Reaktor, even with no midi data recorded, the delay compensation kicks in. Once I reconnect the midi i/o routing again, the delay offset is back. I also tried putting Reaktor with GoBox loaded on an Aux track instead. Basically the same thing happened. Works perfectly in sync with the session's click track until I create a midi track and feeds its output to Reaktor/GoBox.
Perhaps this is a bug with Reaktor and PT11? Or maybe I'm missing something else in PT and or Reaktor settings?? This seems pretty odd.
