Rugs

Hey everyone,

In every studio I have ever visited or worked in, there has been at least one turkish or oriental rug. Example here. Many times there's one in the control room, and more often than not there is one or more in the performance spaces. Right now, I have a crappy IKEA rug in my home studio. It's the banded kind (texture like this http://ift.tt/1xmytZT), so it tends to attract dust. It's not pretty, either.

The turkish and oriental rugs really add a sense of coziness to a space, and I would like one. Right now, I walk into my home studio and my vibe is really put off because all the equipment and shelves sometimes makes me feel like I'm sitting in a storage space. I'm not really big on feng shui or anything like that, but it really has become a burden to my state of mind.

My plans are to re-do the acoustic treatment, get rid of most of my books and some of the furniture, and invest in a new rug. I need something that is low-pile, fairly attractive, durable enough for rolling office chairs, and about 8x10 feet (approx 2.4 x 3 meters for my metric friends). I don't care where it's made, it can be an imitation as long as it looks decent. Here's the kicker - I don't want to spend more than 300-400 american dollars. 200 bucks would be even better. Where can I find something like this? I've checked out some local auction houses, they tend to be beyond my budget. I've checked out other options, but nothing has really met the mark.
