Serial Number Disappeared

I had originally purchased MP9 in 2012 and have been using it since with no issues. However, recently I attempted to upgrade to PT11, but some how my AVID account apparently vanished. I could not log in and can not access my account, that coupled with iLok apparently not successfully transferring my license over during the switch to iLok manager has rendered my PT unusable. Now, I try to start it up, and it says I must activate it.



Now the license is completely gone from my iLok. At this point I'm just looking for a way to access my license so I can put it back on my iLok. I still have all the confirmation and registration emails from 2012 when I first bought it. I can't find a way to access my account, when I tried the other day it said it didn't exist, AND let me create an account using the same email. As far as I can tell my PT license is dust in the wind and I have a PT11 download waiting in my account and I can't even download it. Now I'm out $200 and I can't even open up MP9 to access anything.



Idk if this is a rant, more of a cry for help. Avid support and iLok have both been silent not returning any emails from me. If anyone out there can at least point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.
