Could not complete your request because Access violation occured, thread cause a DEP

Hi there,



is there anybody can help my problem please ?



Normally I can used my PT Express, but now I can't open it that software and it says "Could not complete your request because Access violation occurred, thread cause a DEP Violation at: 0x0CE525AB"



Please can you tell me what is wrong with it?
