CPU level in PT11 vs Windows 7

I noticed yesterday that with a session open the CPU rate was hovering around 30% in PT 11.3.0. Distributed among 6 cores. Session runs and bounced fine. However, Windows 7 task manager shows around 6% cpu use during all of this.



I'm not having any errors or issues with either PT or Windows, but anyone else notice the difference? Seems PT bases it's warning on it's own system monitor, not the load presented to the computer.
