Fast Track Duo Not Playing Sound

I've had it for a few months, but just recently it stopped working. Any sounds I try to play play through my laptop speakers, aside from Pro Tools, which for some reason is the only thing able to play though the Fast Track. It's still in my "playback devices" list and set as default. I've tried the obvious things like uninstall/reinstall drivers, unplug/plug back in. I feel like there's some some fix that I'm missing. I'm on Windows 8.1.
