Pt le 6.4 midi

Hi,



I am running a WinXP PT LE 6.4 and Digi001. When I use Reaper to create a MIDI track, save that track and import it into my ProTools session, the timing of the program changes are way off; in some cases several minutes off! Any ideas of what to do??
