Axiom Air 49 unable to connect with PT11

Hi,

Hoping someone can help here. I've just bought a new Axiom Air 49 and am getting this message...



"Pro Tools is unable to communicate with M-Audio Keyboard. Power-Cycle M-Audio Keyboard and check its connections. Note, if M-Audio Keyboard is not in use, update the Peripherals dialog to prevent further warnings."



I have installed the most up to date drivers and the keyboard is showing in the device manager, which says it is working properly but I am getting no signal from it at all.



I am running the latest version of PT11 on a PC . Not sure whether this is a M audio problem or a PT problem but it is very frustrating.



Any help would be appreciated.
