I just need to connect my security clearance to my ILok account but it wont let me. I followed the Instructions as per the installation guide but when I moved to the next step after clicking 'active your code' the screen just said 500 internal server error. I tried to go back to the start but it said my code was already in use. I have the ILok licence manager as i thought that might be the problem but for some reason the only licence I have is for Pro Tools 12. Im not sure what to do help!
