So I am currently running Pro Tools Express 10.3.4 on a Mac Book Pro. I purchased the crossgrade to 11 from the Avid site and never received any type of code or proof of purchase. Long story short I am getting that money returned but I do have a ticket open with support. But so instead I purchased the Crossgrade from Guitar Center and received my License code but when I enter it, it says "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account." I am running Pro Tools Express 10.3.4 on a Mac Book Pro with Yosemite. I bought it because of the Express version issue. Either way I have the code, it was not a typo or anything. I read a lot of forums saying this is a common issue. Please help me any Avid employee please. I have spent basically 400 dollars for 200 dollars worth of upgrade and have no way of getting In-depth support since I cant register my product. I have been attempting to do this since Saturday the 7th and would really just like to get this issue resolved. I don't want to put in another ticket to wait even longer for what Im sure is not to hard of a fix. Thank you for any help. Also my iLok username is tommydodd.
