Pro Tools 11 crashes after/during loading season.

Hello to everybody, to all PT users,



I am a new member and I couldnt find an answer for my question.



I bought me a double licence of Avid Pro Tools 10/11. I have a notebook with this configuration: Intel Core i3 2x2,5 GHz, 12 GB Ram, 1 TB HDD 7200 rpm, Intel HD 4000, Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate

Audio Interfaces: M-Audio M-Track Plus II (mkII), M-Audio USB-Vocal Studio Microphone, M-Audio Studiophile AV40



My problem:

I started PT11 after the installation of PT10, PT11, AIR Collection (for PT11) & Avid Instruments (for PT10). Also I installed the drivers for M-Audio M-Track Plus II and the ASIO4All driver.



When I start the DAW, it starts to the window, where I can choose "new projekt", "open season..." and so. When I click on open season or create new season from template, I have the possibility to choose my season which I would like to open. After/during opening the season PT11 crashes/shut down themself. Sometimes comes a window, where I can write to AVID and explain them the problem. For me it is annoying, because I cant use the DAW.



I tried to reinstall my Windows 7 on my notebook, to have a 100% clean install of Pro Tools 10/11. What is the problem of it? How can I fix it?

Earlier I used Pro Tools SE and everything was working perfect. Dont know why isnt PT11 working like PT SE.
