PT11 Activation Problem / Code Redemption page redirects to Reseller

Hello everyone,



I just purchased the PT11 upgrade and as soon as I tried activating my code, I was asked to authorize my address (which has been already validated) & iLok and right after I typed my iLok account name... it redirected me to a Find A Reseller page. Why does that happen? Does it have to do with my address not being recognized?
