Posting this on behalf of a friend/musician who is diving into film scoring for the first time. He's running Pro Tools 8 on a PC with Windows XP and while he is able to import a Quicktime Movie and it shows in the edit window he cannot display it/play it back. My thinking was it wasn't exported to the proper format for his system and am looking for suggestions on what the Quicktime movie format, size etc is recommended.
