Tracktrack Duet - Probs with One Channel

Hi - looking for some help with a developing problem with my Fast Track Duet.



The interface has been operating well for about 9 months. Recently I noticed that there was sometimes a delay in getting any sound out of either channel. But if I turned up the volume they both started working and then I could turn down the volume - no real issue.



However, now, for one channel even this often does not work and I am unable to get any sound out of that channel. Sometimes if I turn it to full volume it starts working.



Firmware: 1.02. Package (windows) 1.0.4



Its not the speakers - if I switch the cables over the other speaker works fine.

I don't think it is my windows set up - I have the same problem if I connect it to my ipad.



These seem to be the latest drivers.



I am out of ideas. A hardware problem?



Any thoughts would be appreciated.
