Unable to find an Audio Interface attached

Hello all: I'm using PT 10HD on a AMD PC with windows 7 home premium, 64 bit. My HD core card and accell cards are in a magma P7RB chasis using a 32 bit host card with a 192 connected to the core card. When launching PT I get the unable to find an audio interface attached to the first hd card. Please check power and digilink cables. Click ok to rescan. Click cancel to open the playback engine dialog and select a different device. When I open the playback hardware dialog HD TDM is listed at the top. When I run digitest the cards all pass and the 192 is detected on the core card. I am also able to open PT using the asio4all driver. So am i wrong that the software and hardware both seem to be correct? This is my first PT rig so my learning curve is steep. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
