upgrade to 11.3.1 - where have my plugins gone???

I just did the 11.3.1 PT upgrade, and now all my Waves plugins that were accessible yesterday are no longer being seen by Pro Tools.



What do i need to do to make Protools see them again?



I tried the Yosemite fix that Waves have on their site, but its made no difference to ProTools.



Annoyingly, i can find the plugins on the mac, i just dont know how to direct ProTools that way.



any suggestions?
