Where is my PT 11 license

Hi folks.. Just bought the $199 upgrade to PT 11. Been running 10 for a while. Order went through, I downloaded PT11, but there is no license in my iLOK. Am I missing something here? The only PT license I have in iLOK is my PT 9/10 license..



I have a email into Avid, but slow to respond. I am dead in the water at the moment and need to work on some sessions..
