PT 12 Free Student Upgrades

I notice its been over 3 weeks since the release of Protools 12, has any one receive anything official from Avid about the free upgrades for students who are on the 4 years of free upgrades deal. I notice everyone on the threads saying that they are still processing and all, but has anyone actually received a email or have it in there account yet? really how long does this process take?
