Bug with Pro Tools Express and iLok key

Hi,



I installed my Pro Tools Express software but it does not open, it does not recognize my iLok key.



I think I was wrong and I don 'have not set the right user id name then my software Akai Pro Tools Express does not recognize my usb ilock.



I put the number that is on the USB key rather than put my user name.



Is what I can change iLock id please?
