Can I Migrate 6.4 to 7.4 on Win7 laptop?

I am quite happy/productive with my PT6.4LE/Digi001/WinXP set up, BUT ... I would like to just mix and master on my Win7 laptop ... is there an earlier, compatable version of PT that I can buy and import my 6.4 session, mix and master with some modern plug-ins (like Ozone 5) ??
