Can I undo a bonehead move?

I am using Pro Tools 10 on a Mac running OS 11.5. I was in a rush and made the mistake of saving a session before exporting the tracks to either AIFF or WAV format. When I re-opened the session the audio information was missing. Is there a way to retrieve the audio information and save the session? :eek:
